This loan is available for both home and investment purchases of residential
property. Providing you qualify, you may borrow up to 106 % of the purchase
price* of the property, allowing you to cover the costs of stamp duty and legals

You will not require to show proof of savings, nor
is there a reliance on any other equity or security which you may possess.
